Join our free PDIA online education program now and gain valuable insights into development practice!

We’ve recently ventured into online education to share the essence of PDIA (Problem-Driven Iterative Adaptation) with the aim of creating a global community of practice. Our goal is to facilitate collaboration, learning, sharing, and growth among development practitioners, ultimately leading to more successful development outcomes. Check out our promo video for a glimpse into what we offer.

Through our experimentation with online education, we’ve identified two distinct audiences: those seeking a broad understanding of PDIA and those eager to dive deep into its practical implementation. To cater to these diverse needs, we’re pleased to announce two tailored programs:

  1. The Practice of PDIA: Building Capability by Delivering Results

    • Program Structure: The course includes video lectures, required reading, assignments, reflection exercises, peer interaction, and group work.
    • Effort Required: Approximately 3-5 hours per week.

  2. Principles of PDIA: Building Capability by Delivering Results
